Maruti Suzuki Jimny and Fronx Available With Up To Rs 3.3 Lakh Discounts

Earlier this month, we reported about the hefty discounts available on Maruti Suzuki Nexa cars. To further improve the deal, the carmaker has increased the benefits offered on the Jimny and Fronx to up to Rs 3.3 lakh.

  • Earlier, the Maruti Suzuki Jimny was listed with a cash discount of up to Rs 2.5 lakh. It has now been increased to Rs 3.3 lakh. Having said that, the range-topping Alpha variant now gets cash benefits of Rs 1.8 lakh, along with an additional discount of Rs 1.5 lakh for those opting for the Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance (MSSF). On the other hand, the Jimny Zeta variant now gets savings worth Rs 2.75 lakh with the MSSF.
  • Speaking of the Fronx, the cash discount available on the non-turbo variants has been increased to Rs 35,000 from the earlier Rs 22,500. The petrol manual trims now get benefits of up to Rs 32,500, while the automatic trims get Rs 35,000 discounts. The compact crossover also receives an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 and a Velocity Edition accessory kit worth Rs 43,000 free with turbo variants. Thereโ€™s also a scrappage bonus worth up to Rs 15,000; however, it cannot be coupled with exchange offers.

Currently, Maruti Suzuki retails the Jimny from Rs 12.74 lakh to Rs 14.95 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Fronx is priced between Rs 2.71 lakh and Rs 13.04 lakh (ex-showroom).

In other news, Maruti Suzuki has recently announced to increase the standard warranty coverage for its cars from the earlier 2 years/40,000 km to now 3-years/1 lakh (whichever occurs earlier), offering more peace of mind to its customers. Head here for more details.
