Mahindra Bolero Neo
We all know that Mahindra is working on an extended version of the Bolero Neo called “Bolero Neo+,” which is essentially a facelifted iteration of the now discontinued TUV300 Plus. While its launch date is yet to be revealed, reports suggest that it will get Thar’s 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine with both manual and automatic transmission options, possibly in a detuned state. Currently, the 7-seater Bolero Neo comes with a 100PS 1.5-liter diesel engine mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
Similar to the TUV300 Plus, the upcoming Mahindra Bolero Neo+ will also be a 9-seater offering, with around 400-410mm larger length than the standard model. It is likely to feature two side-facing jump seats in the third row.

Design-wise, it will get identical aesthetical changes as the Bolero Neo that mainly comprise a revised, chrome slat grille, reworked bumpers at both ends, and new headlamps with LED daytime running lamps (DRLs). The brand could also offer Mahindra’s new ‘Twin Peaks’ logo with the new SUV, along with refreshed paint schemes for refreshed appeal.
Changes on the inside will again be on par with its 7-seater version, ie., a new beige color upholstery, cruise control, and twin-pod analog instrument cluster with a color MID.

We expect Mahindra to launch the Bolero Neo+ around the festive season this year, with prices likely to start from around Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, it will be a good passenger carry option, mainly for fleet customers.
