Mahindra Bolero Neo Prices Shot Up By Up To Rs 30,000

The Mahindra Bolero Neo has been on sale since 13 July 2021 and is attracting a decent number of buyers for the brand. The affordability of this 7-seater rugged & more premium alteration of the standard Bolero is its key attraction point. But now the introductory pricing phase of the SUV has come to an end, and it has gotten dearer by up to Rs 30,000. Let's take a look at its variant-wise price list: –

The Mahindra Bolero Neo is now priced from Rs 8.77 lakh to Rs 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is worth noting that the price hike doesn't attract any other changes to the SUV. It will continue to be available to available with a 1.5-liter diesel engine (100PS/260Nm), paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox that the rear wheels of the car. Its top-spec N10 (O) variant also comes with a mechanical locking rear differential that makes it more off-road capable than the so-called monocoque SUVs of the sub-4m SUV segment. 

In terms of features, the Bolero Neo comes packed with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth, USB & AUX connectivity, BlueSense App, steering mounted audio controls, 6-speakers, height-adjustable driver seat (manual), cruise control, air conditioning with Eco mode, rear windshield wiper with defogger, static bending headlamps with follow-me-home function, Multi-Terrain Technology, electronically adjustable ORVMs, front armrests, remote keyless entry, and more. Passenger safety is taken care of by dual airbags, ABS with EBD, Cornering Brake Control (CBC), ISOFIX child mounts, speed alert system, seat belt reminder, and rear parking sensors with a reverse assist. Besides, it also features engine start-stop technology and Eco drive mode for improved fuel efficiency.

The Bolero Neo doesn't have any true competitors in the Indian market. However, as per its price range, it rivals the monocoque sub-4-meter SUVs such as the Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Maruti Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, Ford EcoSport, Nissan Magnite, Renault Kiger, and Honda WR-V.
