Mahindra has priced the Bolero Neo N10 Limited Edition at Rs 28,000 more than the variant it is based on. For this added premium, it gets roof ski racks that enhance its bolder road presence. Inside, the most significant change is the faux-leather seats and lumbar support for the driver & co-driver seats. The Limited Edition also offers a reverse parking camera and a storage tray under the driver’s seat, which you won’t find on the SUV’s other trims. Besides, features like headlamps with DRLs, alloy wheels, tailgate-mounted spare wheel with an X-shaped wheel cover, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment with BlueSense-connected car features, cruise control, steering-mounted controls, etc., have been carried forward from the standard variant.

Since it is a Limited Edition model, no changes have been made underneath the hood. Mahindra has fitted this variant with the same 1.5-litre mHawk100 diesel engine (100PS/260Nm) paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox that’s offered on the regular N10 trim. It also benefits from the idle start/stop technology. However, the provision of Mechanical Locking Differential (MLD) is restricted to the range-topping N10 (O) variant.

The Mahindra Bolero Neo doesn’t have any natural rival in the Indian market. It can be seen as a rugged alternative to some 5-seater monocoque SUVs like Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue and its cousin offering, the Mahindra XUV300.
