Kia Introduced 30-Days Return Scheme For The Carnival MPV

Kia India has rolled out a one of its kind ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ for the flagship Carnival offering. It's basically a product return scheme under which new buyers can render the Carnival MPV to Kia within the first 30 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with it. This scheme is valid on all variants of the Kia Carnival.

It is to be noted that only 95% of the total cost will be given back to the customers, including the vehicle’s ex-showroom price, registration, and other overhead expenses. However, the vehicle should not clock more than 1,500km from the date of purchase. Also, there should be no damages, failures, and pending claims. Besides, the owner will also be required to submit all the documents of the concerned vehicle and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the financer (in the case of finance).

Commenting on the initiative, Tae-Jin Park, executive director, and CSBO, Kia India, said-

Last month, we introduced our new brand purpose of inspiring consumers through products and services and their experiences with the brand. The ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ is the first step to bring this purpose to life and is designed to offer a differentiated Kia ownership experience to our customers, prioritizing their peace of mind during these testing times. The growing popularity of our class-leading MPV has been extremely encouraging for us and this initiative aims to enhance customer belief in Kia Carnival even further.

The fully-loaded Limousine variant comes only with the VIP 7-seater arrangement. Besides, there are also three other seating configurations available with the Korean MPV that includes a 7-seater arrangement (2+2+3) with the Premium & Prestige variant, and an 8-seater (2+3+3) & 9-seater arrangement (2+2+2+3) with the mid-spec Prestige trim.
