At 520 litres, its boot space is also quite large, which can be further increased by folding down the rear seats. There’s also a 52-litre frunk in the RWD version, while the AWD version provides only 20 litres of storage in the front.

Electric vehicles are generally on the swifter side of the scale, but completing the century sprint in just 5.2 seconds is not a piece of cake, and it’s all thanks to its 325PS AWD motor setup that makes 605Nm of peak twisting force. 

It’s also available in a rear-wheel-drive configuration that makes 229PS and 350Nm combined, good enough for hitting the 100kmph mark from a standstill in 7.3 seconds before attaining a top speed of 183kmph, 3kmph less than the AWD version. 

Irrespective of the drivetrain, the EV6 comes with a 77.4kWh battery pack that claims a range of up to 528 kms and supports ultra-fast DC fast charging of up to 350kW, one of the highest for EVs available in India. It can juice up its battery pack from 10 to 80% in 18 minutes. 

Fun To Drive

Driving the Kia EV6 is truly rewarding. It feels exceptionally responsive and agile, especially in the Sport mode. It offers a plush and stable ride, making cornering a breeze. Its steering has substantial weight, which adds to your confidence. Furthermore, there’s the “Sport Brake” mode, which sharpens the overall braking response.
