Jeep Meridian Track Edition Launched At Rs 35.95 Lakh

Weeks after updating the Meridian with a much-needed sliding function for the 2nd row seats, Jeep India has now introduced the three-row SUV with a new Track Edition variant, priced from Rs 35.95 lakh (ex-showroom). Similar to the Jeep Compass Track Edition, which was launched in October 2025, this Limited-run trim of the Meridian also gets a host of cosmetic changes inside and out, giving it a refreshing look.

Based on the top-spec Overland variant of the Jeep Meridian, the Track Edition commands a premium of Rs 34,000. For this added premium, it gets the following cosmetic enhancements over the standard model: –

  • Piano black finish for the grille, side mirrors and on all the exterior badging.
  • ‘Track Edition’ decal on the hood.
  • ‘Track Edition’ badge on the tailgate.
  • New suede trim for the dashboard with contrast stitching & ‘Track Edition’ moniker.

  • New Dark Espresso accents throughout the cabin with Piano Black bezels.
  • ‘Track Edition’ appliques on the floor mats and the co-driver side of the dashboard.

Key Features

No changes have been made on the features front. The SUV continues to come equipped with amenities like a powered tailgate, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected car tech, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, a 9-speaker Alpine sound system, panoramic sunroof, slide & recline function for 2nd row seats, a wireless smartphone charger, 8-way powered front seats with a ventilation function, driver seat memory function, rain-sensing wipers, six airbags, a 360-degree camera, multiple driving modes, and level-2 ADAS suite.

What Powers The Jeep Meridian?

At the heart of the Meridian Overland variant is a 2-litre, turbo-diesel engine (170PS/350Nm), mated to a 9-speed torque converter automatic transmission. Jeep offers it in both FWD and AWD versions.

Competition Check

In the three-row SUV segment, the Jeep Meridian can be seen as an affordable alternative to the Toyota Fortuner, Skoda Kodiaq and the upcoming MG Majestor and Volkswagen Tayron R-Line.
