Like every new calendar and financial year, 2025 has also brought price hikes from multiple car manufacturers, starting in January. Now, serval brands, including Honda, have announced yet another price increase, set to take effect in April 2025.
While the Japanese automaker has confirmed that the hike will apply to its entire lineup, it has yet to reveal the exact amount or percentage of the increase. However, if you want to offset the forthcoming price increment, you can get lucrative discounts of up to Rs 90,000 on Honda cars this month.
Like every other brand, Honda has also attributed rising costs for materials and operations as the primary reasons for the price increment move.
Currently, Honda has four models in its India lineup, comprising Amaze (2nd and 3rd generations), City, City e: HEV, and Elevate. Here’s a look at their existing price range: –
Model | Price Range |
Amaze (2nd gen) | Rs 7.63 lakh to Rs 9.86 lakh |
Amaze (3rd gen) | Rs 8.10 lakh to Rs 11.20 lakh |
Elevate | Rs 11.91 lakh to Rs 16.73 lakh |
City | Rs 12.28 lakh to Rs 16.55 lakh |
City e:HEV | Rs 20.75 lakh |
All prices ex-showroom
In other news, Honda is working on the electric version of the Elevate, which is expected to be revealed by the year-end or next year.
