Honda Amaze Special Edition – What does it get?

honda amaze special edition interior and features

The Amaze Special Edition features a couple of aesthetic enhancements as well as the host of extra goodies over the regular S trim such as special edition decals on the exterior, ‘Special Edition’ badging on the boot lid, new beige colour seat covers, sliding armrest for front passengers and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system (Digipad 2.0) with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, instead of the 2-Din audio system. These additions come at a premium of Rs 12,000 only.

Rivals

In the sub-4m sedan space, the Honda Amaze competes with the likes of Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Tata Tigor, Hyundai Aura and Ford Aspire

Author's Take

At a premium of just Rs 12,000 over the regular S variant, Honda has introduced the Special Edition with several additional features that make it a value-for-money deal. Honda has also offered a front sliding armrest in it which you don’t get even in the top-end variants.

We believe the introduction of this Special Edition will ramp up sales for the Japanese makers.
