Hero offers the Xtreme 125R in two trims: one equipped with IBS (Integrated Braking System), priced at Rs 95,000 and the other featuring ABS (Antilock Braking System), costing Rs 99,500 (both prices ex-showroom). The bike will be available for sale from February 20th, 2024.

Here’s everything that you should know about the Xtreme 125R: –

  • Powering the Xtreme 125R is the same 124.7cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine, which makes 11.53PS at 8500rpm and 10.4Nm at 6000rpm. It claims a 0-60 kmph sprint in just 5.9 seconds.
  • Design-wise, the Xtreme 125R boasts a sleek and aggressive design, featuring an LED headlamp reminiscent of the Xtreme 200S. With sharp tank extensions, angular side panels, a high-set tail section and a tire hugger, the bike excuses a distinctly sporty appearance. Further adding to its distinctly dynamic appearance is the split seat setup, incorporated by split pillion grab rails.
  • Underpinning the new Xtreme 125R is a diamond-frame chassis suspended on 37mm telescopic forks and a 7-step adjustable rear mono-shock unit. The bike rolls on 18-inch alloy wheels.
  • The bike gets both electric and kickstart systems, a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity support, turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, along with other readouts like speed, fuel level, odometer and trip meters.
  • Hero has offered the Xtreme 125R in three colour options: Blue, Red and Black.
  • In the 125cc segment, the Xtreme 125R rivals the TVS Raider 125 and Honda SP 125.
