Ford India Now Offering Anytime & Extended Warranty Packages Up To 1.5 Lakh Km

Ford India has launched an extended and anytime warranty plan for its entire lineup including the Figo, Freestyle, Aspire, EcoSport, and Endeavour. As the name suggests, these plans are also available for the BS4 versions of these models.

1. Ford Extended Warranty Program

The extended warranty plan can be purchased to push your car's warranty to up to 1,50,000km or five years (whichever comes earlier). It is important to note that Ford offers its all cars with a warranty plan covering 2 years/ 1,00,000km as standard. This extended warranty program allows you to further shift the warranty by one, two, or even three years.

The extended warranty covers the charges of any mechanical and electrical failures as well as labour charges for the repairs. It also offers Ford’s RSA (roadside assistance service), which is transferable in case you sell the car. However, the plan does not cover periodic maintenance services, accidental damages, tyres, and regular wear & tear.

2. Ford Anytime Warranty Plan

The American maker has also introduced an 'Any Time Warranty' plan for existing BS4 models whose factory/extended warranty periods have already been completed. This warranty program provides coverage for a 1 year/20,000km period (whichever comes earlier) and gives all the advantages of the extended warranty package. However, the plan is eligible for only those vehicles that have not completed 72 months from the date of purchase with an odometer reading of less than 1.20 lakh kilometers.

Prices

The prices for both the plans are different from model to model. Hence, we suggest you to kindly visit Ford's official website to get a detailed pricing quotation for any particular model and if your car's warranty has already expired, then here check out the prices for the Anytime warranty plan.
