Ford Figo, Freestyle And Aspire Variants Rejigged, Prices Increased By Up To Rs 19,000

American carmaker Ford has updated the prices and variant line-up of the Figo hatchback, Aspire subcompact sedan, and Freestyle crossover range for the year 2021. While some entry-level trims have been discontinued, prices of most of the variants have gone up by up to Rs 19,000. Here's the model-wise updated pricing: –

Prices of the Ford Figo has registered the highest price hike of up to Rs 19,000. With this, it now ranges from Rs 5.49 lakh to Rs 8.19 lakh (ex-showroom).

  • With the discontinuation of the Ambiente variant, the 2021 Aspire sedan have become expensive by Rs 1.15 lakh as the Titanium is the new base-spec trim.
  • The prices of the Titanium and Titanium Plus see a hike of Rs 5,000.

Like the Aspire, Ford has discontinued the base-spec Ambiente trim of Freestyle crossover. However, all the other variants get a uniform price hike of Rs 5,000. It is now priced between Rs 7.09 lakh to Rs 8.84 lakh (ex-showroom India). 

Note: To justify the hefty price hike, Ford hasn't made any mechanical, design or feature changes to any of the three-cars. All models will continue to get the same 1.2-litre petrol (96PS/119Nm) and 1.5-litre diesel (100PS/215Nm) engines.
