BMW Now Offering 10-Year Extended Warranty In India

For the first time, BMW is offering an extended warranty of up to 10 years on its cars in India. This extended warranty package applies to the original factory-built product specifications of all new BMW vehicles sold in India. It ensures that customers can enjoy long-term peace of mind, knowing that their vehicles are covered against potential issues.

  • This extended warranty package can only be purchased within the standard warranty period, which is 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • It excludes accessories or parts like ceramic brakes, performance enhancements, and repairs/replacement parts due to excessive wear and tear or misuse.
  • BMW states that the extended warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle, but it cannot be transferred to another car.
  • Customers have the option to upgrade to a higher level of the same package by paying the difference between the old and new package validity. However, the upgrade is only allowed within the same package and must be done during the standard warranty period.
  • This ensures that the vehicle remains protected and maintains its value, providing peace of mind to both the current and future owners.

The extended warranty reflects BMW’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, providing robust protection and enhancing the overall ownership experience.
