Tata Motors has introduced a new top-of-the-line Fearless Ultra and Accomplished Ultra variants for the diesel-powered versions of the Harrier and Safari SUVs, respectively. While the prices for the Tata Harrier Fearless Ultra diesel start from Rs 23.84 lakh, the Safari Accomplished Ultra diesel is tagged at Rs 24.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Both of these Ultra variants will also be available in the Red Dark versions.

Tata Harrier Fearless Ultra and Safari Accomplished Ultra
The new Fearless Ultra variant sits above the Fearless X+ variant in the Harrier’s lineup, while the Safari Accomplished Ultra is positioned above the Accomplished X+. Both of these newly introduced variants enhance the premium quotient of their respective SUVs. That said, the Ultra variants add amenities like –

- A larger 14.53-inch infotainment system featuring a Samsung display
- Dolby Atmos support
- Digital IRVM with an in-built camera

- Memory function for the ORVMs

The other notable features include a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 10-speaker JBL sound system, a 360-degree camera, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers, front & rear parking sensors, multiple drive & terrain modes, and much more.

Ultra Red Dark Edition
The Ultra variant of both SUVs is also available in Red Dark Edition, featuring a host of cosmetic enhancements over the standard model for a more stealthy appearance. These include 19-inch blacked-out alloy wheels with red brake callipers, special Red Dark badging, and a “Carnelian Red” interior theme with a red finish for the leatherette seats.
Tata also offers the Harrier with an exclusive Nitro Crimson exterior shade for its diesel variants.
Engine Options
As mentioned earlier, the Ultra variants are only offered with a diesel engine. However, both the SUVs also get the option of a turbo-petrol engine with other variants. Here’s a look at their specifications: –
