2026 Hyundai Venue Knight Edition Launched At Rs 9.70 Lakh

Hyundai launched the new-gen Venue last year in November, and later expanded the availability of diesel-automatic powertrain with the HX8 trim. Now, the brand has introduced the Knight Edition variant of the compact SUV, priced from Rs 9.70 lakh (ex-showroom). Compared to the standard model, the Venue Knight Edition gets a lot of blacked-out styling elements inside and out for a stealthier look.

Hyundai has offered the Knight Edition with select variants of the Venue: HX5, HX6T, HX8 and HX10. Let’s take a look at their prices: –

Hyundai Venue Knight Edition – What’s Special?

As is clear from the above table, the Venue Knight Edition commands a premium of up to Rs 25,000 over the standard model. For this added premium, it gets the following cosmetic enhancements and added features: –

  • Blacked-out 16-inch alloy wheels with contrasting red brake callipers
  • Blacked-out finish for the skid plates, front radiator grille, roof rails, and side mirrors
  • Matte black finish for the Hyundai logo and exclusive Knight emblem
  • All-black interior with brass coloured inserts
  • Black seat upholstery

In terms of features, the Knight Edition is identical to the regular model, with key highlights including dual 12.3-inch screens, automatic AC with rear AC vents, ventilated front seats, a single-pane sunroof, a wireless charger, six airbags, electronic parking brakes, all-wheel disc brakes, front & rear parking sensors, and an ADAS suite.

New Colour Options and Features Introduced

  • Hyundai has introduced two new colour options for the Venue: Hazel Blue Matte and Mystic Sapphire Matte.
  • The carmaker has also introduced a dashcam for select variants of the Venue and Venue N Line with an increase in their prices: HX 6T, HX10 and N10.

Hyundai Venue Knight Edition – Powertrain Options

The Venue Knight Edition is offered with the same 83PS 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol, a 120PS 1-litre turbo-petrol and 116PS 1.5-litre diesel engine. However, the petrol engine is only offered with the manual gearbox with the Knight Edition, while the turbo mill is offered with a dual-clutch automatic. On the other hand, the diesel engine is available with both manual and automatic transmission options.

In the sub-4m SUV segment, the Venue faces rivalry from the likes of the Tata Nexon, Kia Seltos, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Maruti Brezza & Fronx, Toyota Taisor, Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger.
