Tata Harrier and Safari Petrol Prices Revealed

Tata Motors has finally announced prices of the recently unveiled petrol-powered Harrier and Safari SUVs, which start from Rs 12.89 lakh and Rs 13.29 lakh, respectively. Both these SUVs are powered by the brand’s latest 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine, which made its debut on the Sierra. Here’s a look at their variant-wise price list: –

Tata Harrier and Safari Petrol Engine Specifications

As mentioned above, the Harrier and Safari petrol variants get the brand’s latest 1.5-litre TGDi unit that produces 170PS of max power and 280Nm of peak torque. It can be had with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic variant.

Both of these SUVs also come with the brand’s 2-litre diesel engine (170PS/350m), paired with the same transmission options as the gasoline mill.

New Features Onboard

With the launch of the petrol variants, Tata has also equipped the SUVs with a host of new amenities like a new 14-inch touchscreen infotainment, a 10-speaker JBL sound system with Dolby Atmos, front & rear camera washer, and digital IRVM with dashcam. Head here for more details.

Tata Harrier locks horns with the MG Hector and Jeep Compass, while the Tata Safari is pitted against the likes of Hyundai Alcazar, MG Hector Plus, and Mahindra XUV 7XO.
