Ultraviolette has taken the wraps off its all-new electric motorcycle, the X47, which the brand is pitching as a crossover between a street bike and an adventure machine. What makes it stand out even further is the inclusion of 77Ghz radar-based advanced safety assist technologies, a first-of-its-kind feature in the electric 2-wheeler segment.
Ultraviolette X47: Bookings, Variants, Price and Deliveries
Available in three variants – Laser, Airstrike, and Shadow – the prices of the X47 start from Rs 2.74 lakh (ex-showroom), with a special price of Rs 2.49 lakh for the first 1,000 customers. Bookings open today at 4 PM, and deliveries will begin in October 2025.
ADAS & Camera Tech
The biggest talking point is its radar-based Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), a first in the electric two-wheeler space. The system features a radar with up to 200 metres of tracking distance, a narrow lane detection zone, and a wide coverage area of 150° horizontally and 68° vertically. It can detect and track multiple objects simultaneously, distinguish between separate targets, and adapt to the motorcycle’s roll, pitch, and lean angles for precise readings. Key functions include blind spot detection, overtake alerts, lane change assist, and rear collision warning, with alerts displayed both on the instrument cluster and the mirrors.

Complementing this is the integrated dual-camera setup (front + rear) with a 120° wide-angle lens, IMX307 HDR sensor, 1080p 30fps recording, and continuous loop recording. It also offers real-time park assist, crash/fall-triggered emergency video lock, and storage expandable up to 256 GB.
The bike also gets dual displays, dual-channel switchable ABS, and aerospace-grade IP67-rated construction. Riders also benefit from features like wireless connectivity, a console-mounted 2.5-inch touchscreen, and anti-theft display security.

Performance & Battery
Under the body, the X47 packs a 10.7 kWh battery paired with a motor producing 40 HP and a massive 610 Nm of torque. It does 0-100 kmph in 8.1 seconds, hits a top speed of 145 kmph, and claims an IDC range of 333 km. Charging efficiency is boosted by 9 levels of regenerative braking, which can return up to 25–30% power at its highest setting.
The battery is an air-cooled unit that sits inside the chassis of the motorcycle. It can be charged using a 1.6 kW onboard charger and has features such as surge protection, earth leakage protection, and more.
