2024 Maruti Dzire To Be Launched On November 4

India’s most loved sub-4m sedan, the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, is all set to receive a generational update this year. Reports confirm that it will be launched on November 4, 2024.

2024 Maruti Dzire – What To Expect?

  • Going by the leaked images (which Maruti Suzuki asked us to delete last week), the new Maruti Suzuki Dzire features a redesigned front grille with a bold, horizontal slat design, giving it a more contemporary look. The upgraded sedan will feature sleek, sweptback headlamps (appear to be projector LED units), with integrated daytime running lamps. It will also get a redesigned front bumper with a wider air dam, giving it a more sculpted look.
  • From the sides, the new Dzire bears some resemblance to the Honda Amaze, featuring a clean shoulder line running across the length of the car. The sedan will also get multi-spoke dual-tone alloy wheels, elevating the overall appearance of the sedan.
  • One of the most notable additions is the segment-first single-pane electric sunroof, which is a first for the Dzire.
  • Towards the rear, the 2024 Dzire is expected to feature a reshaped bumper, new tail lamp design and reprofiled trunk for a fresher look.

  • Besides these exterior changes, the new Dzire is also likely to receive a fresh palette of colours, including a new deep maroon shade.
  • Inside, it is expected to borrow its dashboard design from the new Swift; albeit in a dual-tone black & beige colour theme.
  • Regarding features, the new Maruti Dzire is expected to be loaded with tons of new features, including a 9-inch touchscreen Smartplay Pro+ infotainment system, wireless Android Auto & Apple Carplay, wireless smartphone charger, electric sunroof, and standard six airbags. It is also expected to receive a 360-degree camera and a heads-up display.
  • Underneath the hood, Maruti is expected to equip the new Dzire with a new 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder Z-series petrol engine as the 2024 Swift, offered with 5-speed manual and AMT transmission options.
  • Anticipate the 2024 Dzire to command a significant price premium over the regular model, which currently costs between Rs 6.57 lakh and Rs 9.34 lakh (ex-showroom).
