Kia Krystal: Kiaโ€™s Live Consulting and Streaming Service Launched In India

Kia India just launched Kia Krystal, a cool new way to help customers after they buy a car. With Kia Krystal, you can talk to experts through video calls and even watch live videos of your car being serviced. Itโ€™s all about being clear and open with customers, so they know exactly whatโ€™s happening with their car and how much it costs. You can do all this right from your phone using the โ€˜My Kiaโ€™ app, which makes it super easy.

Right now, you can use the Live Consultation service at 237 Kia dealerships across India, and 25 of them are already showing live videos of service work. Kia plans to add this feature to 60 more dealerships by the end of 2024. People love the service so far, and Kia wants to keep making it better.

Kia Krystal isnโ€™t just for fixing cars. Kia will also use it to welcome new customers and keep them updated on cool stuff happening with their cars. Kia is always finding new ways to make their customers happy, and Kia Krystal is just the latest example. Theyโ€™ve already launched lots of other helpful services like Advanced Pick and Drop, My Convenience, and the โ€˜My Kiaโ€™ app.

Commenting on this initiative, Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar, National Head โ€“ Sales and Marketing, Kia India, said, โ€œOur research indicated that most of our customers are opting for our Advance Pick and Drop Service or send their drivers for their vehicle service procedures. Due to this, they miss supervising the effort, which can lead to dissatisfaction in the longer run. Through Kia Krystal, we are aiming at building more trust by facilitating greater transparency to position ourselves as a customer-centric brand.โ€
