Jeep India has revised the prices of the Wrangler off-road SUV, increasing it by up to Rs 2 lakh. This marks the third price hike for the Wrangler in 2023.

As seen in the table above, both the variants of the Jeep Wrangler have undergone a uniform price hike of Rs 2 lakh, making it now cost between Rs 62.65 lakh and Rs 66.65 lakh (ex-showroom).

Jeep Wrangler Overview
- To jog your memory, the Wrangler is an extremely capable off-roader, positioned between the Meridian and Gran Cherokee in Jeep’s India lineup. It gets a 2-litre turbocharged petrol engine (268PS/400Nm) paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
- Being a proper off-roader, the entry-level Unlimited variant is equipped with the ‘Selec-Trac’ full-time 4WD system, featuring a 2.72:1 low-range ratio and heavy-duty suspension.
- On the other hand, the range-topping Rubicon comes with a ‘Rock-Trac’ full-time 4WD system, a two-speed transfer case with a 4:1 ‘4LO’ low-range gear ratio, full-time torque management, and electronic locking differentials at the front and rear. Additionally, it includes a lift kit that provides an extra 3mm of ground clearance.

- Regarding comfort and convenience features, this five-door American off-roader packs removable doors and hardtop roof, automatic LED headlamps, push start/stop button, alloy wheels shod with all-terrain tyres, 7-inch colour multi-info display, an 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system with UConnect, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone climate control, rear AC vents, leather upholstery, ambient lighting, and more.
- For passengers’ safety, the Wrangler gets front and side airbags, electronic stability control, hill start assists, hill descent control, tire-pressure monitoring system, electronic roll mitigation, and rear parking sensors with a camera.
- The Jeep Wrangler doesn’t have any direct competition in the Indian market.
