- Both Hyundai Venue and Tata Nexon come with both petrol and diesel engine options; however, the Venue has two petrol engines on offer, including a 1.2-litre NA petrol for relaxed day-to-day commutes.
- Despite having a lower displacement, the output of Hyundai Venue’s turbo-petrol mill is on par with that of the Nexon petrol. In contrast, the Nexon diesel offers more torque than the Venue’s diesel mill.
- The Nexon petrol comes with as many as four transmission options, catering to a wider section of buyers.
- While the Venue diesel only comes with the manual gearbox, the Nexon diesel also benefits from the convenience of the AMT unit.
