The recently launched Hyundai Exter has recieved a fantastic response from buyers in India, giving tough competition to the already-established Tata Punch. Both of these offerings are compact in size and have elevated ground clearance and SUVish appeal, making them a popular choice among customers.   • As the above table indicates, the Hyundai Exter commands a maximum waiting period of up to 6 months in Pune and Lucknow. On the other hand, the highest waiting period on the Tata Punch is around 3 months in cities like Patna and Bengaluru.
  • The average waiting period for the Hyundai Exter is roughly 4 months in most metro cities, whereas it is 1 month for the Punch.
