Toyota Innova Hycross Likely To Be Revealed In November 2022

Toyota India is likely to unveil its all-new Innova Hycross MPV in November this year, with the launch expected in early 2023. It is expected to be sold alongside the Innova Crysta.

Compared to the existing Innova Crysta which is based on a ladder-frame chassis and gets a rear-wheel drive system (RWD), the upcoming Innova Hycross is likely to sit on the brand’s monocoque TNGA-C platform and will have a front-wheel drive configuration.

Dimension-wise, the new Toyota Innova Hycross will be approximately 4.7 meters long with a wheelbase of around 2,850mm, making it slightly longer than the ongoing Innova Crysta. For reference, the Innova Crysta has a wheelbase of 2,750mm.

Beneath the bonnet, the new Toyota Innova Hycross is expected to house a 2.0-liter petrol engine, paired with a highly localized strong hybrid powertrain that will make the MPV lighter on your pocket in terms of both price and running cost.
