TVS Radeon And XL100 Get New Colour Options

Keeping in view the current festive season, TVS Motor Company has introduced new colours for its two popular offerings, the XL100 and Radeon. Save for the new paint scheme, no other changes have been made to these products.

Starting with the XL100, it has received a new Coral Silk colour scheme, featuring the moped in a light pink shade with satin-matte finishing that looks quite premium with the dual-tone seat and cream colour floorboard and backrest. However, it is worth noting that this new shade is available only for the Comfort i-Touchstart variant, which costs Rs 52,334 (ex-showroom Delhi).

With this, the XL100 Comfort iTouch trim is now available in a total of four colour options which include Mint Blue, Sparkling Silver, Luster Gold, and the recently launched Coral Silk.

Speaking of the TVS Radeon, it now comes with two new dual-tone colour options – red/black and blue/black, giving the commuter a sportier appearance. For any of these paint schemes, buyers will have to shell out Rs 900 more over the standard variants. That said, the drum brake variant with a dual-tone paint scheme will cost Rs 68,982, while the disc brake trim will set you back by Rs 71,982 (both prices ex-showroom Delhi).

Apart from the above-mentioned aesthetic changes, both of these bikes remain the same. The XL100 is powered by a 99cc engine that makes 4.4PS/6.5Nm. On the other hand, the Radeon uses a 109.7cc air-cooled engine (8.1PS/8.7Nm), mated to a 4-speed gearbox.
