Get Ready To Shell Out More For Renault Kwid, Triber And Duster

Renault India has announced a price hike across its entire model lineup which comprises three models: Kwid, Triber, and Duster. The variant list of the Duster compact SUV has also been rejigged. The carmaker has cited increased input costs as reasons behind the latest price hike.

  • As the above table indicates, the prices of the manual variants have been jumped by up to Rs 13,000, whereas AMT variants have become dearer by Rs 18,500.

  • While Renault has discontinued the base-spec RXE variant of the 1.5L Duster, the prices of other 1.5L variants have gone up by Rs 18,000.
  • The base-spec RXE trim of turbocharged Duster has received the highest price increment of Rs 40,000. Other turbo variants are now pricier by Rs 28,000.
