EeVe India Launched Two New Electric Scooters In India – Atreo & Ahava

Indian electric two-wheelers manufacturer, EeVe has launched two new electric scooters in India called 'Atreo' and 'Ahava', priced at Rs 55,000 and Rs 64,000 respectively.

The EeVe Ahava is powered by a 250watt motor and delivers a range of 60-70km on a full charge. On the other hand, the Atreo can deliver an estimated range of 90-100km on a single charge. As per the brand's claim, the running cost of both these electric scooters is about Rs 0.15 per km. 

EeVe Atreo & Ahava: Features & Underpinnings

The EeVe Atreo & Ahava are packed with premium features. Both the scooters come equipped with LED headlights, LED DRLs, LED taillamps, alloy wheels, USB charging socket, smart key and a fully-digital negative LCD instrument cluster, which is IOT-enabled. Through the EeVe scooters dedicated smartphone application, it enables the owners to access features like geo-tagging, geo-fencing, anti-theft lock, battery range and many more.

As far as the underpinnings are concerned, both EeVe Atreo & Ahava feature telescopic front forks and rear dual shock absorbers. The braking duties are handled by a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear. 

Information regarding charging time, battery-specifications & top-speed are yet to be revealed.

Warranty

Both the scooters come with a standard warranty of 5 years. However, their batteries only get one year warranty.

Availability

As of now, EeVe is only operational in 62 cities across Maharashtra, Odisha, West Bengal, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Manipur, Assam, and Jharkhand. The brand is aiming to have over 200 dealerships across India by the end of 2020.

Apart from these new entrants, the EeVe also sales four other electric scooters in India: Xenia, Your, Wind and 4U.
