MG Hector Is Now Available With Dual Tone Color Options

In view of the upcoming festive season, MG Motors has launched the dual-tone variant of Hector SUV. The company has named it as "Dual Delight" variant.

As we mentioned earlier, the dual-tone paint scheme is only available with the top-spec Sharp trim. Here are the ex-showroom prices of dual-tone Hector Sharp variant:-

For the dual-tone paint option, one has to pay Rs 20,000 extra over the standard Hector Sharp variant. 

The MG Hector mid-size SUV is offered with two dual-tone paint choices: Candy White with Black and Glaze Red with Black. This black color paint will be featured on the roof, outside wing mirrors (ORVM), and on the A-Pillar of the car.

Apart from the new color options, the Hector has remained unchanged. It gets the same design and same set of features as the standard model that mainly include a 10.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system with e-SIM connected car technology (iSmart connectivity), Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity, auto climate control, panoramic sunroof, power-adjustable driver’s seat, ambient lighting, 360-degree camera, 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control system, hill hold assist, front & rear parking sensors, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), etc.

As mentioned above, the engine options too remain the same i.e. 1.5-litre turbo-petrol-hybrid with a manual transmission, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol with a DCT automatic, and a 2.0-liter diesel also mated to a manual. Their specifications are as follows:-

MG Hector Rivals

In the mid-size SUV segment, MG Hector rivals the Tata Harrier and Jeep Compass. It also competes with selected variants of Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Nissan Kicks. All of them are available with dual-tone options.
