2026 Maruti Brezza vs Hyundai Venue: Which SUV Should You Buy?

The hotly congested sub-4m SUV segment has recently witnessed the arrival of the facelifted Maruti Suzuki Brezza 2026, with prices starting from Rs 7.40 lakh (ex-showroom). The upgraded Brezza gets revised styling, a new turbocharged petrol engine and a host of additional features to offer a more premium experience. And when it comes to the premium experience, the Hyundai Venue has set the benchmark in this segment.

Here, we have compared the new Brezza with the Hyundai Venue to see how they stack up against each other: –

Author’s Take

Both the Maruti Suzuki Brezza and Hyundai Venue are well-rounded offerings, catering to the preferences of different types of buyers. The turbocharged petrol variants of the Brezza are significantly more affordable than the Venue; however, the Brezza’s NA petrol trims are priced higher than the Venue’s because they attract higher GST due to their larger 1.5-litre displacement. The Brezza also comes with the segment’s first factory-fitted underbody CNG tank, whereas the Venue provides a mighty diesel engine option for your high running requirements. However, when it comes to features, the Venue has an edge over the Brezza. Ultimately, your pick should depend on your requirements and personal preference.
