2024 Hero Xtreme 160R 4V Launched With New Colours and Features

Hero MotoCorp has upgraded the Xtreme 160R 4V roadster for 2024. The bike now comes with refreshed colours, graphics and features, making it more up-to-date.

2024 Hero Xtreme 160R 4V – Variants and Price

Hero has offered the Xtreme 160 4V in a sole variant, priced at Rs 1,38,500 (ex-showroom). At this price point, it is Rs 2,000 more expensive than the previous model’s Double Disc Premium variant.

2024 Hero Xtreme 160R 4V – What’s New?

  • As mentioned above, the Hero Xtreme 160R 4V is now only available in a single variant instead of the three variants available previously.
  • To improve the safety quotient, the bike now comes with a dual-channel Antilock Braking System (ABS). A panic brake alert function has also been introduced that flashes the taillight and indicators during emergency/heavy braking scenarios.
  • Hero has also replaced the split seat of the bike with a single-piece unit to make the pillion more comfortable.
  • The tail section, along with the taillight, on the 2024 Xtreme has also been redesigned to make it look simpler than its predecessor.
  • It also receives a DRAG RACER TIMER on the instrument cluster to record acceleration time.
  • The 2024 Hero Xtreme 160 4V comes in three colour options, including a new Kevlar Brown, which is finished in double-tone black & brown colour and gets golden graphics all around. Other body shades include Stealth Black and Neon Shooting Star.

What’s Unchanged?

Aside from the above-mentioned changes, the bike remains unchanged. It continues to get the same powertrain and underpinnings as before. Here are the details: –

  • A 276mm front and a 220mm rear petal disc
  • Seat height: 795mm
  • Ground clearance: 165mm
  • Kerb weight: 145kg
  • Fuel tank capacity: 12 litres
  • Tyres: 100-section front and 130-section rear tyre
  • Key features: All-LED lighting system, 17-inch alloy wheels, a negatively-lit LCD instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, and over 25 connected features, including call/SMS alerts, theft alerts and turn-by-turn navigation through the Hero app.
