The 2023 Tata Nexon facelift is slated to be launched on September 14, 2023. This SUV has undergone significant design, feature and mechanical changes, solidifying its position in the segment. In response to this, Hyundai Motors has already updated the Venue for some good reasons. Therefore, we have put together both of these upgraded SUVs to see how they stack up against each other.
Both Hyundai Venue and Tata Nexon come with both petrol and diesel engine options; however, the Venue has two petrol engines on offer, including a 1.2-litre NA petrol for relaxed day-to-day commutes.
Despite having a lower displacement, the output of Hyundai Venue’s turbo-petrol mill is on par with that of the Nexon petrol. In contrast, the Nexon diesel offers more torque than the Venue’s diesel mill.
The Nexon petrol comes with as many as four transmission options, catering to a wider section of buyers.
While the Venue diesel only comes with the manual gearbox, the Nexon diesel also benefits from the convenience of the AMT unit.
