Maruti Grand Vitara SUV Prices Leaked Ahead Of Launch In September

Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch the new Grand Vitara mid-size SUV in September 2022. While the carmaker has already disclosed most of the details of the upcoming utility vehicle, its prices will be announced during its launch. But ahead of that, we’ve got our hands on its price list. It is expected to be priced from Rs 9.50 lakh to Rs 18 lakh (ex-showroom). Here’s a look at the leaked variant-wise prices of the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara: –

As we already know, Maruti Suzuki will offer the Grand Vitara in six variants: Sigma, Delta, Zeta, Alpha, Zeta+ and Alpha+. The latter two will be exclusive for the Toyota-sourced 1.5-liter, TNGA Atkinson cycle, self-charging strong-hybrid petrol engine that will come paired with a single-speed e-CVT automatic transmission. It can be driven in petrol-only, EV-only, and hybrid modes. It is claimed to offer a mileage of up to 27.97 kmpl.

The Grand Vitara will also be available with the brand’s tried-&-tested 103PS 1.5-liter k-series DualJet petrol engine, paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system. The transmission option for this powertrain will include a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic unit. It will also get Suzuki’s AllGrip Select All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) system with its manual transmission version.

In terms of features, the Grand Vitara will be packed with a range of premium features, such as 9-inch free-standing touchscreen infotainment with wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto, connected car tech, panoramic sunroof, digital driver’s display, LED lighting system, Arkamys tuned sound system, wireless smartphone charger, 360-degree camera, tyre pressure monitoring system, Heads-up display (HUD), and up to 6 airbags.
